Target Audience: Managers
Problem Solved: The fictional team has set a goal to help managers become more inclusive and supportive of employees with disabilities. To achieve this, the company aims to provide mid-level managers with tools and resources that can assist deaf employees in participating in meetings and communicating effectively with their team members.
Since managers are busy, I created an interactive story that would help managers care about supporting deaf employees. After this, I developed a short guide to help managers make meetings and communication more inclusive for deaf employees.
Learner Goal: Identify ways to help deaf employees in the easiest and least time-consuming way possible.
